Usually, it is not the club's or ball's fault....take a look in the mirror and ask yourself if you are ready for the game and its demands. This twelve week programming attacks the core elements of the game - mobility, balance, strength, and power. 

By effectively moving better, we can potentially safeguard ourselves against nagging injuries to the lower back, hips, knees, shoulders, and elbows.

The B3 team has played the game and worked with some of the most prestigious golf clubs in the country. In addition, having been through Titleist Performance Institute's continuing education, get some specific direction to help your game!

This 12 week program is designed by the founder of b3 Wellness, LLC - Don Bahneman. He is a lover of the game, a student from the TPI (Titleist Performance Institute), and has used versions of this program with varying levels of golfers (newbies to recreational to scratch).

This program will use Kettlebells, dumbbells, TRX, stability ball, dowel, BAR FOR HANGING MOVEMENTS, INCLINE BENCH, and cables.
